company name and tax ID (if an invoice is requested),

data regarding subscriptions purchased by the user.

We process personal data for the purposes of:

providing subscription software services,
contract performance and payment processing,
issuing invoices,
contacting the user,
fulfilling legal obligations,
marketing our own services,
providing access to the subscription management platform.

5. Legal Basis

Art. 6(1) GDPR: (b) contract performance, (c) legal obligation, (a) consent — if applicable to newsletter, (f) legitimate interest of the controller.

6. Data Recipients

Data is processed by the Data Controller using its own server infrastructure and is not disclosed to other entities, except for:

PayU payment operator,
accounting office,
entities providing legal services (if such need arises),
state authorities — if required by law.

We do not transfer data outside the EEA unless the user uses tools (e.g. Google) — in which case the transfer is based on legal grounds and TIA.
