- time-limited licenses for desktop and web applications,
- access to software updates during the subscription period,
- technical support within the scope specified in the application description.
4. Concluding the Agreement / Order Processing
An agreement between the Client and the Seller is concluded when the Client:
- accepts these Terms of Service,
- places an order,
- pays for the service through the available payment methods.
For online payments via PayU — the order is fulfilled upon confirmation of payment. If the payment is not approved or is rejected — the agreement is not concluded.
For companies with a deferred payment arrangement — the order is activated after the Client accepts the order via the confirmation link sent by email. An invoice will be issued with the agreed payment term.
Access to the subscription (license key, software activation) will be made available immediately after payment is registered or order confirmation.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in the currency applicable to the Client's country and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment methods: online payment via PayU, bank transfer (proforma invoice), or deferred payment for eligible companies.
- For online payments via PayU, the terms and conditions of PayU apply.
6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns / Complaints
A consumer Client has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion, unless the service has been fully provided with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal.
In case of withdrawal — the service price will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal statement.
Complaints
Complaints regarding subscription services may be submitted by email to info@develope.pl with the subject: "Complaint — subscription (name)". Please include: your name, email address, description of the issue, and date of occurrence.
A complaint may concern in particular:
- problems with software access or license activation,
- technical errors in the application,
- non-conformity of the service with the description.
The complaint will be processed within 14 days of receipt. If no response is provided within this period, the complaint is deemed justified (in accordance with consumer protection regulations).
After reviewing the complaint, we will inform you of the decision: acceptance and method of resolution (e.g. subscription extension, technical repair), partial acceptance, or rejection with justification.
If the complaint is accepted and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time — the Client may request a price reduction or withdraw from the agreement and receive a refund via the original payment method.
